Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We’ll notify you via email that we’ve received it.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@ainonlineshop with a photo and description of the issue.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
